It is a locator and not a service: it does not provide the ride, it tells you who does. Local transport for older adults is run county by county and sometimes city by city, which is exactly the kind of coverage no national database holds accurately, so the honest answer here is a phone number to the people who do know.

Call 1-800-677-1116 and give the ZIP code. It connects to the agency that covers that area.
What we screen on

We hold no bright-line eligibility rule for this programme yet. That means we will not narrow it, and we will not rule anybody out of it. The agency decides, and the official page below is the place to start.
